The most amazing thing about nature is consistency. Colour contains the potential for us to recognise the patterns for beneficial wellbeing.
It is well-known that if you wish to change anything it is by doing something often in a particular way for a period of time. To undertake a therapeutic change it is no different. If you have been doing something or thinking something the same way for a period of time and getting no where, in effect maintaining a pattern of habit then to change this would require a consistent series of actions in what you do and what you think, to do it differently.
So how can we use colour as a form of therapy to initiate change especially when we are surrounded by it all the time? Colour as a therapy can be used in a number of different forms; using specially coloured lights, using coloured fabrics and textile, pigments and using naturally derived colours gently rubbed into the body. By exposing your body, utilising the energy system of the body and interacting with the endocrine system…the part that sectretes hormones, enzymes and amin
o acids…containing the ‘feel good stuff’ we love. By doing this often enough over a length of time at regular intervals to intiate change via the benfical effects of colour is using colour as a therapy.
Colour in all effects reduce to wavelengths of light. Each colour is a wavelength of light, its wavelength or the frequency with which a wave forms, denotes what colour it is. Red is a slow frequency, violet a fast frequency and everything we see is within this range, our spectrum of sight, the rainbow.
Now this is where it gets really excellent because if we were to put anything living or non-living under the most powerful microscope to see what we are all made of it, you would see light or energy as it can be called. So basically we are a really complex blob of energy living in a complex blob of energy of our own making that exist under fundamental laws of energy peculiarity; that which we call everything other than our immediate environment.
Colour is within this fundamental level it is where everything we think about, speak about, dream about has an effect. Whether our thoughts are happy or sad thoughts if we think them often enough it will affect change to the basic structure of our wellbeing. So what is the frequency of the thoughts, what colours are we feeding our body? As we can recognise how someone is feeling without being told so to can we recognise the benefical colour we need to bring balance to our wellbeing. The
trick here is to be able to expose the energy body to the relevant beneficial colour frequency for a particular length of time. Remember; to have an effect on how things are, is to do something different, often enough in a consistent way to gain therapeutic change.
If we knew that the colour red could initiate awakening within the denser parts of the energy body to increase the circulation of all things that have become stagnant and sluggish, would we use it? Of course we would.
As we are ourselves a product of nature it is from nature, seen and unseen that colour comes to us. The most amazing thing about nature is consistency, it does not stop, it may turn inward or express outward but it doesn’t stop. It can shift focus, be modified, conform to confining structures but it doesn’t stop. It can hold itself in stasis which to followers of a time line it will appear to ‘sleep’ for a time but to it, is no time so it has no concept
of ‘stop’. As a human being of this nature, we are the same. To effect our place in nature we must be consistent. To live with a chronic or acute situation that effect our wellbeing and quality of life is to be as if in stasis. It is our choice to use the tools of change consistently if like a seed in the right conditions will awaken us from a place of stasis.
If we knew that the colour red could initiate awakening within the denser parts of the energy body to increase the circulation of all things that have become stagnant and sluggish, would we use it? If we knew that yellow could enlighten our darker thoughts, where experience has condensed and we have become inflexible, would we use it? If we understood that the colour blue may slow the overflowing incessant voices of responsibility and cool any heated situations, would we use it? Of course we would.
Nature is miraculous in its consistency and ability to modify for the outcome of quality of life.
To receive colour so that our blob of energy gains the benefits is an interesting thing. To put on your favourite blue shirt may make you feel like you know what you’re talking about, however every time you wash, it fades. The colour changing every time it is worn as light has a different quality every day, every hour. So potentially you wouldn’t be receiving a consistent frequency of blue for a consistent time frame. Which is why it will fall out of favour once it has faded to a shade we no longer enjoy. Assimilating, processing, digesting anything takes time. Food has to be digested for at least and hour to start getting to something the body finds usable. If it takes time to make the ‘bad’ habit it takes time to make the ‘good’ habit. Honour this process, allow time and sometimes it is quicker than you think.
Sunlight is an amazing gift to life here on our little world. It is our generator of full spectrum light. If we could sit in perfect sunlight for a length of time with our thoughts at peace, it would be a utopian existence potentially our wellbeing would be uncompromised. However given the pollution of the atmosphere, the angle of the sun, the stress in our lifestyle we cannot easily achieve this utopia, everyday. Shining coloured light onto the body is a different process to the body opening to receive the colour frequencies and awakening its own systems to communicate to the energetic level of the body and back again. Essentially our body systems would have to be functioning in perfect harmony to utilise the benefits of sunlight properly. If we have any resistance in the body it can create an interruption pattern in the body wellbeing. So how in this dense world of experience can we utilise to magic the sun bestows on us everyday? With a little help from our friends, the plants and minerals. These amazing beings we share our world with are storehouses of energy from the sun. Making colour from things that flows the same natural laws as we do, that is plants and minerals. At the fundamental level we recognise these as similar so the body doesn’t take on forms of resistance to something foreign or artificial.
The Aura-Soma Colour-Care-System® with all care taken to produce plants at the highest energetic level understood by human farming and esoteric practices. The plants and minerals making up the colour are also energised at the frequency of the colour so the colour is the ‘true’ colour at the fundamental level allowing the body to respond at this energetic level.
Awakening the body through its many layers initiates a communication and circulation of the energy this can allow the potential for wellbeing within the whole body. This may sound miraculous and to consider the effect of doing something often in a consistent way, brings a change to all levels then it does seem miraculous. Nature is
a miracle in its consistency and ability to modify for the outcome of quality of life.
Colour contains the potential for us to recognise the patterns for beneficial wellbeing. We are the vehicle to utilise this tool if we practice the principles of ‘therapy’; to do something often in a consistent manner for a period of time to initiate change in the situation. To reach that point naturally, in a full-bodied experience is something we all want. To keep doing something or experiencing something in a continuous way without change and accept this as all there is, is to be in stasis. If being in a condition of stasis, living in the interuption pattern, is not an acceptable level of ‘quality of life’ then maybe it is time to utilise tools of change. Be your own instrument of change by choosing to be consistent in doing something naturally different.
